These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the authority operating the bgd89 platform ("we", "us") and the registered users of this platform ("you", "user"). By creating an account on bgd89 or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below.

1 General Provisions

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

bgd89's services are only for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. At the time of registration, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older.

bgd89 reserves the right to verify the age of any account. If it cannot be proven that the user is 21 years of age or older, their account will be closed and all transactions made while underage will be considered void.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bgd89 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount via any payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount via any payment method is ৳1,000. Amounts below this cannot be withdrawn.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

At bgd89, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. However, in some cases it may take longer due to identity verification or security review.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted. Violation of this rule may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being suspended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bgd89 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus is claimed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000, the bonus will be capped at ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before you can withdraw your bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• A bonus may only be usable on designated games — this will be stated in each promotion's details
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being cancelled
• bgd89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

6 Gaming Rules & Use of Services

By using services on bgd89, you acknowledge that online gaming and betting carry financial risk. You are participating at your own discretion and at your own financial risk.

6.1 Software & Technical Matters

bgd89 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Attempting to influence platform outcomes using any external software or scripts is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Disconnection

bgd89 is not responsible if your internet connection is lost during play. The server-side log for each game will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect results are displayed due to a server error or technical issue, bgd89 reserves the right to review and correct that transaction.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgd89 platform:

• Creating an account using a false identity
• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Abusing the bonus system or promotions (bonus arbitrage)
• Using hacking, scripting, or automated bots to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Creating artificial outcomes by placing bets with other users in collusion
• Attempting to break or weaken the platform's security systems
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bgd89

bgd89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting bgd89 support. Any remaining balance will be withdrawable after all wagering requirements have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

bgd89 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We advise all our users to play responsibly.

• Technical issues with the user's own device
• Loss resulting from the user sharing their account details with others
• Financial loss through normal gaming activity — this is a normal risk that each user bears themselves
• Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers

bgd89 is committed to providing fair and transparent service at all times and will cooperate in resolving any disputes.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Effectiveness

bgd89 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of important changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification.
